As well as creating shortcuts to applications on the PDA you might also want to push out a documents to the device and place a shortcut to this file on your SOTI front screen.
In order to do so you will need to first identify the application your document is in. The example below is using excel and should give you an idea what you need to do in order to get other shortcuts to work.
