Our HP plotter developed the following fault code error below:-

Severe error

This refers to the service station area. After inspecting this area it came very clear that the error was being caused by the service station pad that had been damaged and was now missing (as attached picture)
I would recommend the following UK based company called SVP Services Ltd who cover the North of England. This company specialise in HP plotter printers and can supply and install refurbished or new parts.
Also miles cheaper than stationary companies cheap for print heads and ink cartridges!
